China Xinxing Group was founded, with its predecessor being the Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. It was accredited by the Central Military Commission with the exclusive franchise for exporting military supplies and logistics equipment.
1987
China Xinxing XiamenImport and Export Co., Ltd. was established.
1999
Xinxing Group was decoupled from the military and underwent restructuring, thus being designated as a central enterprise under the administration of the SC of China.
2009
Xinxing Group was incorporated into China General Technology (Group) Holding Limited in its entirety through strategic reorganization.
