Crafted with a monolithic SiC ceramic + HPPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) composite structure, it prioritizes both protection and lightness. Each plate weighs just 1.85±0.05kg – 20% lighter than same-level aluminum oxide ceramic plates and 50% lighter than steel armor. Even during long hours of wear, users won’t feel obvious fatigue, keeping them agile in the field.

When a bullet strikes, the ceramic surface instantly shatters the bullet’s casing and core, turning the “sharp penetrator” into flat debris. Its rigid structure also dissipates 80% of the impact force, preventing single-point penetration.
The HPPE layer behind the ceramic acts as a “tough shock absorber.” Made via gel-spinning, HPPE fibers are 15x stronger than steel of the same weight. Storage: Keep in a dry, dark space. Avoid long-term exposure to high humidity (relative humidity > 80%) or direct UV rays – this prevents HPPE aging and ceramic moisture damage.
Service Life: Under normal use, replace every 5–8 years. If ceramic cracks, outer fabric is damaged, or HPPE hardens, stop use immediately.
Taboos: Never drop, smash, or roll the plate (to avoid hidden ceramic cracks). Keep away from strong acids/alkalis to prevent fabric and internal material corrosion.
